MSM Appraisals is a client focused boutique appraisal firm with a professional appraiser. We provide appraisals for residential homes and residential condominiums. We periodically update our residential real estate market trend study and local residential real property analysis.

 

Simon is a graduate from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying Engineering and has a Certificate in Real Property Assessment from the University of British Columbia. Designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) with a Canadian Residential Appraiser (P. App., CRA) designation and has a Toronto Regional Real Estate Board appraiser membership. 

 

Simon has both local and international appraisal experience. He started his professional career in Colliers International, designed an in-house computerized mortgage valuation and management system for Chesterton International Property Consultants and obtained the Canadian professional residential appraiser designation in Ottawa, Canada.
