Many years of real estate appraisals on various residential properties in Ontario including 14 plus years in Greater Toronto Area and the surrounding areas and over 9 years in the National Capital Region of Ottawa and the general areas. Throughout the period, more than 8000 residential appraisal reports for various clients has been completed. Residential properties appraised including but not limited to typical subdivision homes, custom built homes, new constructions, distressed homes, mobile/trailer homes, heritage designated homes, century homes, country homes, estate homes, acreage homes, log homes, waterfront homes, condo detached and semi-detached homes, townhouse and apartments.

International experience including nine plus years mortgage valuation with Colliers International and Chesterton International. Developed and operated a computerized mortgage valuation system for a small mortgage valuation department providing mortgage valuation services mainly for Citibank and Bank of America.
